Every year, thousands of visitors travel across the “country of cheese and chocolate” by train, bus and boat. And each of them has their own story to tell. We collected the most beautiful ones.

Cho Long Park (30), student, South Korea

“This is my first time in Switzerland, the country of mountains. I’ll be travelling Europe for two weeks. Five days of my vacation I’ll be staying in Switzerland. Here, I particularly want to see and visit the mountains. I’ll get to see all the locations that are most famous in South Korea: Lucerne and Mount Rigi, Interlaken and the Jungfrau, Zermatt and the Matterhorn. It’s fantastic – I can reach all these spots by train! Well, I won’t be able to make it up to the Matterhorn, but from Zermatt I’ll certainly have a wonderful view of the ‘Toblerone mountain’. The railway service is truly unique: punctual and clean – plus, every railway employee can help me out with information in English.”
