Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all employees, staff and owners of Brazilian travel agents and tour operators aged over 18.
  2. To enter, you must correctly answer the quiz questions on the Excellence Talk about the Grand Train Tour of Switzerland and complete all modules to get the Swiss Travel System Excellence Program Dipoma 2022. 
  3. The closing date for entries is 30 September 2022 at 23.59 pm IST. 
  4. The prize winners will be chosen from all valid entries received.
  5. The winner will be notified by 12 October 2022 via email. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, Swiss Travel System reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve.
  6. No cash or alternative prizes will be available.
  7. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Swiss Travel System, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
  8. By entering the prize-draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Swiss Travel System acting as Data Controller for the purposes of administration.
