Glacier Express: Adjustments from 2020

Glacier Express AG has announced a number of adjustments as per change of timetable 2019/2020.

New ticketing policy: e-tickets instead of vouchers (ticket exchange at the desk no longer necessary)
Booking of individual seats (up to 9) is now possible via B2B shop (precise seat booking incl. catering offers)
New booking and information centre as of 13 October 2019: RhB Railservice, Bahnhofstrasse 25, 7001 Chur (Tel. +41 81 288 65 25 / [email protected])

The previously communicated group fare adjustment on the Swiss railway network is also applicable to Glacier Express: 30% discount on the ticket price for groups of 10 or more persons. No free seats. 50% discount for children / young travellers of up to 25 years of age (currently 16 years).
